"Decent store for autoparts and most car care needs. They have a decent rewards program. My biggest complaint is the only way to receive a discount is to purchase online and either pick up at store or have items shipped. I can get a 25% discount only if I buy online and go to the store in 30 minutes to pick up, but not just walk in and make the purchase and get the 25% off. I would actually probably spend more money in store too."

"This is a long story so I'll do my best to shorten it. My car was in the shop with a bad control arm I had purchased from advance about 2 years ago (driveworks brand). I told them it was under warranty so they were waiting on parts. At one point they didn't have driveworks so, they upgraded me. It arrived. The day I go to pick it up, they couldn't find my order. The salesman instructed me to call corporate because he can't see the order info at his store. After speaking to (and paying) corporate, the salesman didn't want to send the part until he had the order in his system and didn't know how long it would take, saying he wouldn't "let parts leave without payment". But, I already paid corporate, who called his store with me on the line, so he knew it was paid. Because of this store treating me like a potential thief, the garage was held up with my car on their lift and I ended up having to bring the old arm back PERSONALLY, to receive a refund, because they wouldn't just let the garage swap it out. I gave the garage my original receipt. This location could've processed a swap over the phone, sent the swap receipt with the driver, taken the original receipt back with the old part, DONE! But, a stubborn employee chose to follow the set of company rules that are most inconvenient, to everyone. Not to mention the pricetags are going up, coupons are not as plentiful and these attitudes have pushed me back to O'Reilly's."

"Service is included in the price! We have for auto parts stores and Lowell, Indiana, and the employees here are so friendly and truly helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. I have bought wiper blades here and they installed them for me at no extra cost. The hydraulic lift on my Prius hatchback went out and they not only sold them to me at a decent price but they also install them for me for no extra money. This is the best auto parts store in town."
