"Worst place I ever went to look for a car. The salesman was talking loud so everyone could hear my financial business so after I realized what he was doing I begin to play him. I never let him know that I was putting down $12,000 on a car. I just wanted to see how he was going to treat me as a customer and he treated me so wrong and so rude so I left. And then he called me the next day trying to get me to come back. I informed him that I purchased another car somewhere else and that I put $12,000 down on the car I also informed him that the next time someone comes into the dealership he needs to learn how to be respectful towards the customer, and not judge a book by its cover because you never know what's on those pages and because he did not know he missed out on his commission. It's people like him that give car salesmen a bad reputation so Smith Chevrolet you need to handle that."
