"Needed a bulb for my brake light, and assistance replacing it. The young lady that assisted me, allegedly changed the bulb, but it still didn’t work. I went back to ask her as well as the other three employees standing there, if someone would please come out to double check that the bulb was installed properly. She refused, two walked away, and the other just stood there. Instead, she insisted that that there must be an electrical issue. I left angry at the way I had been treated, and swearing never to return. Later in the evening, it took my son all of three minutes to discover that the bulb that should’ve been replaced was still installed and clearly burnt out. Thankfully, I purchased a double pack and he properly installed the new bulb that was left in the pack. So, where is the old bulb she replaced, and where is the other new bulb missing from the pack? My first and last trip to O’reilly’s. One star because it’s required in order to post."

"Anthony treated me like a second class citizen and customer. I believe his actions were very discriminatory towards me. He could not tolerate answering questions, and simply because I insisted on asking questions he refused to provide me with any service when I was already a customer I then called the store to speak with leader ship, and he answered by saying his name was Paul. So not only is he a bad representative for O’Reilly but he’s a liar. I think O’Reilly lost me as a customer and will continue to lose customers as long as people like Anthony work there"

"My niece and i were there on 6/18/23 at 645pm, 15 mins before closing. Anthony was absolutely Great helping us out. He checked the battery and alternator in her car and never made us feel rushed. He clocked out a little after 7pm when they closed. Excellent employees at this location!"

"This location on 165th and Indianapolis is horrible. The manager is rude and unprofessional. They ordered parts for me and for 3 days only half of my order arrived. Gave me times to come pick them up but for 3 days only one rotor was there. They were unapologetic and did not want to resolve the issue. On one conversation the “manager” even hung up on me. Unacceptable service. Will never go here again. The location near 169th and grand is amazing. They had the parts ready and waiting for me and it was at a lower cost."
