"The employees here are very helpful & knowledgeable. My windshield wipers were past through, the weather was very bad the night of my visit (heavy fog, darkness & rain) so my anxiety was already high. Edward was very kind with recommending the right ones along with replacing them, & the fluid. Got home safely. Always a plus when there’s great customer service. "Had my battery go bad. I ordered a battery to be delivered to my house because I had no way to jump start it to get to the store, and they delivered it in a timely fashion. By the time I got home from work I actually had somebody to jump start the car and I was able to take the battery back over so that they could install it. It was freezing cold temperatures in my battery was very difficult to install but the poor kid who did it was such a trooper! Kudos to autozone, you will get all of my business because twice you have helped me out with this battery situation in the last 6 years. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you!!"

"Great great customer Service even when they didn’t have to but they took the time out to help me out with what I needed help with which was a brake line but all in all, he did a fantastic job no matter what it took great customer service always terry/edward and I wanted to add one last comment about one of the best managers that a store like Columbia Avenue has she is excellent. She has great customer service every day no matter what the day brings her. She always keep a smile on her face no matter what she always puts the customers number one at all times. And she will not let the customer leave out the door, unless they are 100% satisfied, and she will make sure they are well taken care of, and make sure any parts anything inside Autozone that they needed or missed she will make sure that they have it, and that they are taken care of and at the same time keep a smile on her face she loves taking care of customers at any means necessary, and she does great work every day all day no matter what Manager Melissa"
