"They did alot of work to my vehicle. Needless to say they had to take the caliber harness off to get to what they were doing! Well one of their mechanics strip the bottom pen to the caliber harness with their impact. So I called and spoke to them three times and they said no problem to get the pen off. I was doing my brakes and that's how I noticed that they stripped a pen. The left front side. What needless to say they said bring it in we'll take care of it. My wife called me crying told me they charge her $91 to take that caliber pin off. Which was completely bogus. It was their mess up. They scammed us out of $91."
