One Way Auto Sales

"Long story short they sold me a lemon and come to find out the car I traded in wasn’t even in the system the salesmen used it for his personal use and I found out he got fired! I only found out about my traded car whereabouts when I got a call from a tow company asking Me to come pick up my car. I tried to pick it up my to get it out would have been800 dollars at the time and I was so broke because my car that I just purchased kept having to be fixed. I didn’t have the car not 30 days and ended up leaving it at the mechanic in Gary."

"Tried to sell me a car that wasn't even fixed upon arriving to the lot came back and forth for 3 days just for the dealer Mohammed to try and sell me a fake title cause I didn't want to register the car with him. On top of that he wanted to charge a $200 documentation fee and when my mother told him the title looked fake he snatched it out of her hands and asked us to leave.. And that's exactly what we did! Do not waste your time or money with these people!"

"I got a 2013 Altima from here it was my first time getting a car from! I got it a decent price it did have a filter issue when I first test drove it but my car has been running great! No problems at all nearly 6 months in and they have been working with me cool people"

"I wish I didn't have to give them one star period. Anyone saying that they had a great experience with this dealership is a lie. Complete scam, they take your hard earned money and give you a piece of Garbage with no hesitation, very ghetto and unprofessional. My brother purchased a vehicle from this place and within two weeks his transmission blew out, door snobs came off on the inside just a complete waste not only did he still have to pay for the vehicle so it wouldn't be on his credit. He asked them numerous times to pick up their property and they ignored him stopped answering the phone etc. They are so inconsiderate and they need to be put out of business ASAP! The worse experience ever! Please do not waste your time or money.... Go somewhere else!! #Tax time is their biggest scam"

"The guy Chad didn't know what was going on half the time and then they offer you raggedy cars instead of the newer cars, most of their cars are 1500 down but instead of them telling you that they try to trick you, they wasted 6 hrs of my time today. They had allot of middle man going on not with just the banks but the sales guy as well, most of the cars are beat up or damaged . yes Chad had great customer service but he was more lost than I was."
