"Carol and her mother did such a lazy horrible job n my hair . Plus I was overcharged for my style . I originally suppose to have gotten medium goddess knotless braids plus I supplied my own curly hair which is $120 on top of the $365 I suppose to have paid for my hair but somehow I ended up with uneven ugly box braids with my curly hair added. See pictures . I paid $525 to her in total for these braids mind you . She knew she did a bad job that’s why she didn’t even want to take pictures of her work . I won’t be back"

"I use to go to Nicole & Carol to get my micro braids back in the early 2000s and they were the best with the micros. Myself, my daughter, my 2 best friends, & one of their daughters stayed in their shop to get our micros & kinky braids/twist. They were full and perfect! So, I wanted some micros & decided who else to call, them. Carol did my micros. I was so excited about getting them. I’m telling them when I take these out, I’m getting some kinky braids, then after the kinky braids, I’m going to get some ole school short bob braids. I was too excited about being in their chair again. So she finished my hair, it looked ok. I was happy. I get home and had my child take pictures of them. The front top are ok, but not as full as they use to do them. The back are horrible!!! Big french braids & very gappy! I called Carol, literally crying in disappointment. Telling her, I can’t believe she did me like this. Telling her she knew she was wrong for these braids and it look like I went to someones kitchen to get my hair done. I’m telling her, this is not the work I was expecting from her. She says, she sorry and she’ll do the back again. I told her no & again told her how disappointed I am & that she knew this was a mess. She didn’t even clean up the stray hair well. I paid her $250 for this horrible mess. These are no where near micros. I will never step in that shop again."

"It was ok. She will overbook and squeeze in as many heads as she can. I changed my style so I didn't have to stay as long and when her later client came in she blamed me for why she could not work on her. She forgot about that client. Didn't make the braids as long as I wanted. Didn't glue all my braids either. The shop has a smell to it but after an hour you get use to it. Maybe try her again."

"Great prices for beautiful, fast hair braiding. Some styles like passion twists will require you to bring your own hair but for the most part they supply the hair."

"Carol was friendly, she fit me in at 5:30 pm at the last minute. She didn’t braid my hair super tight and only took a little over an hour to do my 7 feed-in braids. Definitely gonna go back!"
