"i hope this place actually gets shut down. i worked here for 2 weeks and then i quit 1 hour into my shift one day because i was sick of how they treated me and the dogs. All the workers, owner and manager do is smoke outside and yell at you. they do NOT care about the animals at all and the dogs get 0 interaction. they only want laundry folded a certain way & things to be cleaned that are already cleaned to be cleaned over and over again. The manager put hands on me when i grabbed the wrong dog to take outside and screamed at me and cussed me out all day long. i would end up crying in the bathroom almost every day. the dogs are clearly depressed here & i cried for the dogs it broke my heart. i would get yelled at for petting the dogs instead of cleaning. i wanted to go play with them but they wouldn’t let me. the manager stole cash out of the register before closing. Not to mention i asked for part time as i am a student and they had me work from 6:50 to 6pm everyday for weeks without a break and i only got 1 5 minute break my entire shift. no lunch break but ofc the manager could take one. i barely got paid anything. they had me working outside in the heat for hours and i wasn’t allowed back inside. i work at a different dog place now, Wags and Whiskers. please take your dogs there as they get treated properly at wags & get loved on instead of this disgusting place."
"Marley was in need a pet care facility that would treat him with the love (he always needs, desperately) needed while my family attended my Warrant Officer Graduation. This team took Marley in with a last-minute request and we were able to pick him up right after the ceremony."
"I called all around Dothan to find a new boarding facility for our Goldendoodle and they were prompt and very professional. They also called our vet to verify all required vaccines. Our dog was very well taken care of, I think he enjoyed his stay while we were away. Family is very nice, clean and organized, with very friendly employees. We will board there again."
