"I’ve been here a lot of times for shots and prescriptions . When the ladies are at the counter everything goes good, they’re great at explaining and friendly. If the older gentleman is behind the counter you might as well turn around and come back another day he is extremely condescending, rude and has no customer service tactics. Got my son’s prescription sent to another CVS, which is a shame because I loved coming here to spend some extra time at Target."
"After receiving an alert that my prescription was ready, I drove to target and walked up to the cvs counter. I waited behind a woman for 10 minutes then approached the pharmacy attendant who began to pull down the roll up gate and told me I’d have to come back as it was time for lunch. Nice customer service."
"First of all, IDK what Marion is complaining about, but there aren't any "kids" working in the pharmacy. However, there are fine pharmacists and pharmacy technicians that are kind and and hard-working. All of the employees I have had contact with make sure that each customer is treated with the same respect and individual attention expected of them."
