"Worthless. Dismissive and condescending. They do not have the time nor the inclination to treat their customers with compassion or respect. Do not expect any help with prescriptions beyond the answer of 'yes your insurance covers it or, no your insurance doesn't cover it, you have to pay full price.'"
"Every time I go their is a long wait ( 2 hours at times!) and the people working there are to lazy to help solve any problems when you have an updated insurance card. I have been a cvs pharmacy customer for many years but I am taking my business elsewhere!"
