"They don't care about nothing not even if the case is closed and nothing is owed they keep asking for money for closed cases that comes from other counties that been paid that they open on their own without the county's permission and then they have no clue what they are doing and they take driver privileges away from the person and wonder why they can't work hmmm wonder why they can't get to work with no licence for to get to work not they are stupid to go and do it again this is not how to get money take away anything for the the job to get money you don't get money by taking driver license for the men or women who work to make a living then they can't work that's stupidity for you"

"My sentence is almost done. I have 4 more years left in an 14 year sentence. This is how this place makes fathers feel. I pay my support but fell behind due to the pandemic. In 2 years i was arrest 4 times and had my license suspended over 4k. Try going after the deadbeats who owe 40k"

"Misinformation & misguidance is abundant in this office. I’m a productive member of society & I would not treat people with such callous disregard. Information they use is subjective based on possibility & potential rather than actual facts. Neither party is respected or represented in a manner that’s befitting for what’s in the best interest of the child. Mothers are left without and fathers treated as bad or worse. If I could give 0 stars or negative stars then I would. The people, the ethics, & the system is set up in a manner that disintegrates all parties involved."

"The staff is very rude, the caseworkers at least the one I've come across can't do their job very well, they are way behind in their work which causes problems for all parties involved. My daughter pays support for her son who lives with me, she does everything she's supposed to, and the caseworker messes everything up all the time, it's a shame, seriously if you can't handle the work load find another job, people's lives depend on you doing your job correctly and in a timely manner!!!!!! . This place is terrible!!!"

"Horrible customer service! Staff always trying to rush you off the phone. When you try to communicate in the best interest of the children Northampton county does not seem to work with the parties especially if your a father. Completely unfair if you are a responsible father and show that you do take care of your children. They are not part of the community and do not respect what's right in the best interest of the children by helping responsible fathers be and stand with their children. My kids cry to see me. They want to see me. They treat every case the same and should not be this way in Domestics. Northampton county is keeping me away from my children because of inconclusive actions on their end. They feel like they can do or accept anything they want. I feel very discriminated against with the county. I believe there is no code of ethics in place. I asked an employee on the phone about ethics and she said she doesn't know their ethics. I asked for first and last name and she said "she is the operator." As a government employee they should always be understanding and helpful. I will continue to fight as much as I can for my children and hope and pray things change."
