"My situation was a wee bit different. When I locked my Club on my steering wheel/brake, upon removal of the key, it was bent and then broke off. I did a search and found A1 with solid reviews. I called after messaged after 9, and Chris returned my call promptly. I told him the situation, and he said he could come out. As I was off the following day, I told him I'd call back in the morning. Which I did. He was in my parking lot within 30 minutes. Very friendly, greeted me, and shook my hand. He asked if I had something to lay beneath the area he had to saw the the Club off. He didn't want to leave any little metal scraps that could cause injury. He had the thing off in just a few minutes.
