Our state-of-the-art facility features eight baseball and softball cages equipped for hitting, pitching, and defensive practice. We offer pitching mounds for baseball, pitching mats for softball, and advanced pitching machines—all complimentary with your cage time. Whether you're looking to reserve a session or prefer to walk in, we accommodate both individual and team training needs with flexible rental options.

THZ is more than just a gym; it's a community dedicated to the growth and mentorship of young athletes. Our expert coaches, including experienced professionals like Jeff Roth and Mitch Thomas, are committed to developing talent and preparing student-athletes for collegiate and professional play. We offer specialized programs to showcase our athletes' skills to college coaches and scouts, ensuring they have the best opportunities to advance their baseball careers.
