"The manager at the O Fallon IL Location is one of the rudest people I have ever come in contact with . He was very adamant on not assisting me even though I kept trying to come up with other solutions. He spoke to be like I was child. Nasty demeanor . Very insensitive. He was sarcastic and almost mocked me even though he saw that I was clearly stressed about the situation. He shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me , pretty much called me a liar. And I was very dismissive . As a manager he should be trained on empathy, kindness, respect, problem resolution, etc. shame on him"

"I will never recommend this bank to anybody. They have 0 customer appreciation. I opened a bank account with them upon joining the military in 2019. My entire bank account was drained during A school due to identity fraud. They never truly cared. I didn't see a penny of the money for 4+ years and then I saw a fraction of the amount refunded to me. Do yourself a favor and don't bank with them."

"If I could give them a -0 I would! I made a mistake a mistake and scheduled 2 payments from an external account. I was told by navy federal to make both payments and wait 30 days until it clears then submit a copy of my bank statement and they would try to reverse it. Well I don’t have an extra 500 to cover 2nd payment. Mind you my account is current. So my other bank states they will just return payment and waive overdraft fee. Just for navy federal to 5 days later retry the payment again! No one could help me not even a supervisor! They had no one else that could assist me so now my account is overdrawn again my life insurance has bounced along with my mortgage payment! Frustrating that no one could help! And the supervisor tried telling me that my bank resent the payment through, this is ridiculous! Worst mistake ever!"
