"Went in and purchased a $25 cup and 1 frappe, they did not even start making my drink until all the drive thru drinks were done and new cafe orders that were coming in AFTER I had ordered. So they had NO ONE making drinks for the people that walk in to order. That’s insane!!! I had to ask it anyone was even making my drink yet, they said they had other orders first ALTHOUGH, I was THE ONLY customer that ordered in store!"
"I just went into this location & ordered 2 drinks. I was not told that I would be waiting a specific time. 35 mins went by after ordering & I didn’t have my drinks. I asked one of the baristas & he said there were still 4 drinks ahead of me. I got my money back. This store clearly prioritizes mobile orders & drive-thru (although the drive-thru was slow too). If your dine-in customers are going to be waiting 30+ mins to receive their order, they need to be notified of that at the time of ordering."
"This is a very busy place. Sometimes you do have to wait 30 minutes or more but considering they only have 2 ovens and 2 espresso machines it's to be expected. They have the drive-thru, in store, and mobile orders. I see people get mad thinking it should only take a few minutes to make their drinks/food but when you see a bunch of people inside plus cars in the drive-thru what do you expect. 20 orders come in within 2 minutes you can't expect to get your order within 5 or 10 minutes. I take my phone in and play a game while waiting and the time seems to go by faster. So thank you to all the baristas that do the best they can. I appreciate you!"
"I ordered online before I got there and this place is so unorganized. It shouldn’t take over 5 minutes per coffee in the building and there are people waiting 30+ minutes around me. To have 8 people working and to not make this functional with 10 minutes or less with food is sad and you need reorganized."
