"I was referred to Dr Glanton by my primary. Best referral I have ever gotten. The doctor listened to my concerns and quickly advised what he could do to get me out of pain. He was right on! First time I have been out of back pain in years!"

"Went here for over 2 yrs. Came to the office because I missed a telehealth appointment. I am in the Safety Management field and was dealing with an emergency. So they said I needed an in-person visit. They said I needed to sign a contract with them stating I could be drug tested every six months and if they saw fit, they could call me at anytime and bring me in for a drug test no matter what I was doing and they had authority to do that under FDA law. I asked for the standard and they could not give it to me. When I told her they had no control over me and I wanted an appointment with Dr. Glanton himself she said he wasn't there and wouldn't see me. She left the room and sent someone else back with security to have me escorted out. If this is how you treat your patent after 3yrs I don't know how you expect to continue business.The risk coordinator who I was on the phone with when they escorted me out, could not give me the standard for where the law gives them that control either. I am not a drug addict, I take no pain meds, no opiods. I did however smell like Marijuana since I just left my job at a cultivation center. This will be taken as far up the ladder as needed."

"I came to pain management because my back was so bad that I am in pain all the time. I can't stand up straight anymore and can only walk bent over and leaning on my rollator. I went from working long hours to not being able to work at all. I'm single and have always taken care of my house and yard but now I can't. I think most people would be depressed about this and when asked I was honest and said I sometimes had suicidal thoughts. We did the injections (I lost track of how many) with no luck. I only saw Dr Glanton maybe 2 times in the office. All the other times I had to see Brandi Jeffries who is a FNP, whatever that is.When I went back this last time she said since the injections weren't helpful the next thing would be to try the neurostimulation therapy (wires in the back) but she said they wouldn't do it unless I had a psych evaluation. I think that's blackmail. Now I don't have any hope left of getting some relief. So if I do something drastic they can take the credit for it. So if you're thinking about going to them, be ready to lie if they ask you about your state of mind."

"I have severe back pain that I've been suffering with for about 6 years. It prevents me from living my life to the fullest. It hurts to sleep, to walk, to stand, to sit and basically to move. I was seeing a Pain Management doctor in Las Vegas too, but stopped when I moved back to IL in 2019. I also didn't need the treatments anymore either because I was out of work the whole of 2020. But now, I'm working again in the ER doing Registration and the excruciating pain is back. I had my first epidural steroid injection with Dr. Glanton today and my spine is not hurting now. I feel relief for the first time in 7 months. Dr. Glanton is my savior and Brandy, his NP is an angel too!!!"

"Dr Glanton always takes time to listen. He understands that pain is treatable, you DONT have to live with pain pills! He’s always kind -as well as his staff. Only downfall- he’s so good his schedule is busy. But he’s worth the wait!"
