"They do assembly line exams. And the optician who sold me my glasses didn't pay attention to what I was saying. Overall, a horrible experience."

"Dr. Mueller and staff are friendly and professional at all my appointments. My only complaint is that the carpeting in the whole office and examine rooms is disgusting and filthy! The examining chairs all need to be upgraded or reupholstered as seats and arms are very worn-out."

"My daughter and myself both had eye exams. Purchased a year's worth of contacts each and she decided to replace the old lenses in her glasses because it was closing time and she had no time to find another pair. We were told due to living over an hour away our contacts and her glasses were going to be shipped. We both have received our contacts and have received email and texts stating her glasses were ready for pick up. Between the two of us we have called and left half a dozen voice mails. I have sent two messages via web and I have emailed requesting someone to contact us and still no reply. We loved the doctor but after spending over $800 and no reply.....my child being without her glasses she desperately needs. I have no choice but to miss a day of work and drive 2 hours next week to resolve this issue in person?! SINCE I CAN NOT REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE. I JUST SENT EMAIL NUMBER 7 TO THE SAME ADDRESS YOU SUGGESTED WITH ONCE AGAIN OUR FULL CONTACT INFORMATION. THE SAME CONTACT INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN SENT THE OTHER 6 TIMES AND THE EXACT SAME CONTACT INFORMATION THAT WAS LEFT ON ALL 6 VOICEMAILS THAT WAS LEFT AND UNRETURNED....NAMES DATE OF BIRTHS COMPLETE ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. HOW MANY MORE EMAILS AND CALLS NEED TO BE SUPPLIED WITH THE SAME INFORMATION....NOT TO MENTION ALL THAT SAME INFORMATION IS IN OUR CHARTS IS IT NOT??? AT THIS POINT MY DAUGHTER'S GLASSES HAVE BASICALLY BEEN STOLEN ALONG WITH MY MONEY FOR NEW LENSES IT SEEMS. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE"

"I was in the iffice in April 21st. Eye exam and ordered new glasses, not one pair but two. As if today, I do not have my glasses. Called on, I believe on 5/5 and was told that they came but there was a problem and were sent back out. No one from the office called to let me know this sounding as if it wasn’t their responsibility to let me know what was going on. I got the transition lenses, one in brown and one in grey. The order was not put in correctly by the person that was helping me so I am getting two pair that are grey, not what I ordered. I have tried to call several time today to see if my glasses are in and it goes to voice mail each time with no call back so far. I will not be doing business with this company again."
