"Had work done and my next appt they was ready to pull that same tooth out and there was no talk of this. I was mad, dentist was too scared to come talk to me after I denied having that tooth pulled. This place really likes to just pull teeth out instead of fixing them. They don't know what they are doing there and you can read the uncertainty on their face. I do not recommend this office to anyone other than maybe for a free clean because insurance pays for it."

"Received first filling that was not fit properly. Made appointment to get it fixed. Second time they broke my tooth and didn't TELL me they broke my tooth when putting the new one in. I had a very bad pain while they were putting the new one in, even though it was numbed, and she never said why. Found out from another dentist when I went elsewhere to get the second filling fixed that I will need a crown. I understand this is for low income families, but I would not recommend. Pay to get your teeth worked on elsewhere."

"Love the doctors. Billing is screwed up about everytime I have labs done. I would NEVER recommend the dental care. The woman who attempted to treat my grandsons, both special needs, was so rude and intolerant, both with them and their mother that care was sought elsewhere. Then clarity threatened to call dfs on her if she didnt furnish them with the name of the new dentist so they could contact them. Unprofessional and inept. 0 stars for dental care"

"It's great that there is someone who is accepting Missouri Medicaid. The problem lies within the Healthcare System itself stealing money from the Government for Profit. I have had 5 separate appointments to just get a tooth pulled and a cleaning. I have yet to receive a cleaning. I have to travel over 2 hours each way and just a few dollars co-pay each time but it adds up. Especially when you don't even get to see the dentist that day. The dental treatment team is Awesome...I just hate the politics of the insurance theft going on. They bill Hundreds of dollars for nothing being done on the date of service. SHAME ON YOU!!! We need these services for our health care system to help us, the Disabled Americans, and you are taking advantage of the government that you should be supporting. I hope everyone who reads this gets the right opinion on this site. I do appreciate my chance to speak. Jamie Ojan"
