"Had a horrible experience Nov.21 The young lady working didn't help me, I'm 50 yes old, disabled, and had a 3 ye old child with me, and she just told me I needed $130 for a phone, she didn't even check my status, I been loyal customer for 4 + years. I was forced to switch to Boost! I told her I wanted to stay with Metro! Nov 21, at 3pm it was the young chubby girl! She needs to be fired"

"Metro is full of shiiiiiiit !!! Horrible customer service. Phone agents don't know what their doing. My phone was cut off 3 times in 1 month. Systems aren't connected . Made payment got text saying thanks but my phone still got cut off. And talking & understanding what the clueless agent has to say is very frustrating. I will no longer do business with you. I will never recommend you to anyone."
