I recommend going for all the sessions in order to return to full strength! I did 2 sessions a week for 4 months. Liam Globensky was instrumental with my recovery with an excellent exercise program and needed manipulation of my shoulder and muscles that ached during my recovery. Without him, his knowledge, experience and exceptional care, I would never recovered in the 5 months after the surgery. He is the BEST, no question."

"Everyone was very nice. I felt welcomed. The front desk folks were cheerful & greeted me on each visit. Liam was top shelf. He thoughtfully listened to my issues and started me on a program. He cautioned me not to push too hard, but warned me it would be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, he advised me to inform him if anything we were doing started to exceed the "yellow" zone so we could back off. He was very knowledgeable, warm and understanding. I would not hesitate to return in the future or recommend this facility."
