"I’ve been in Bluemercury several times. And I want to to tell you guys, in this particular store which located in end west end in St Loius in Maryland Plaza is terrible! Almost skin care is in this store very old and past due year ago. The sales girls are not trained very well to describe anything properly about the products. That’s why I have to keep returning all try these products, because they don’t at all and cause skin problems because not being effective. I’ve been returning a several times and tomorrow I am going to return again! Because, nothing is works!"

"I got acquainted with Blue Mercury while living in the CWE. My favorite person was the Store Manager Hannah I believe that's what her name was? We just always hit it off and she gave me so many suggestions and advice about skincare. She really got me into Skinceuticals and M-61. I sure miss not seeing her anymore since I moved to Nashville with work. I loved going into that store and looking around....it was my favorite place to go and I always ran into her. She always seemed to know what I needed and what I was looking for! She is the best in the cosmetics industry in my opinion. She will go far in her career!!!"

"I love that the products are mostly , which is why it was a surprise to me when the sales lady gave me a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol on it to remove the lip stick from my lips. That was a week ago, and ever since, my lips have been extremely dry and inflamed with multiple cracks. I still can't wrap my head around what she was thinking when she did that.. on top of that, I spent close to 500 dollars, just to feel like this in the end.. never again will I go back there."
