"I went to the Att store to upgrade my iPhone (I traded my older iPhone) and take advantage of what appeared be a great special for an iPad and an Apple Watch. When I got my first bill it was $300 higher than normal! I specifically said I didn't want insurance on devices but I was charged for that. I specifically asked that my plans NOT be upgraded to premium but they were. I did not ask for data plans for my watch or iPad but it was added anyway. I did not get the promised special for watch and IPAD (both were supposed to be less than $5) because I got them in the middle of my billing cycle (?). I'm told I'll get that back but I have a hard time believing that. My husband had a similar experience when he upgraded. That's insane. It’s 2024. Surely they can do better than this. Now I’m going to have to spend a good deal of my valuable time getting this fixed. If I can’t get it changed I’ll be switching carriers. Might anyway."
