"Never left a review anywhere in my life got charged $2000 !!!!!!!! For tires and oil change. I looked over the bill and got charged for a roadside assistant warranty I never asked for. Tires have always costed me $850 here. Never place an order for tires without telling the customer the price I can't afford what I was charged for. Communication is important!"

"Cannot be trusted to give you an honest quote. Told me it would be $1200 to replace the starter on my 2020 Chrysler Voyager, $605 for the part alone. The Chrysler dealer quoted me $290 for the part and $191 for the labor no where near $1200. Thanks for trying to take advantage of a single mom."

"One of my pickup truck tires had a visible nail in it. At my house, I removed the tire and installed the temporary spare. Using my pickup truck, I drove the damaged tire to the Cottleville (Mid-Rivers) location. Within minutes, a technician inspected and tested the integrity of the tire. He determined that the nail had not completely punctured the tire and that there was no need to take any corrective action. He removed the temporary spare and installed the original tire. The manager said that there would be no charge for the service. I thanked him and assured him that I would bring further car care needs to Firestone. Firestone has handled my car repairs and in the past, I have referred my daughter and sister to Firestone for their repair needs. Everyone has been satisfied."

"Truck was overheating, brought it in for a cooling system flush. They told me that wouldn't fix it and that I had to pay $175 for diagnostic. They said the radiator and water pump were bad although the radiator was 4 years old and water pump was 3. Paid $1100 and change for new radiator, fixed nothing. Brought it to the dealer and they said leak in head gasket, nothing to do with cooling system. Been back 3 times and manager won't call me back."

"We found ourselves without A/C in the middle of our vacation to Gulf Shores and this location was the closest. Thank goodness we found them! They had AMAZING customer service, and truly worked to help get us cooler! They over delivered on their timeline and really made us feel heard by attempting to use better parts since our last repair to the A/C was not that long ago. They even recommended a rental car from Enterprise which was also matched with an excellent experience!"
