"This Dr. Is always changing staff all of which must get extra training on how to be rude. This is the rudest place ever. Your never greeted with a smile or welcome or hello. The other day I stood there after writing my name down I was ignored meanwhile there were 6 staff all gossiping about heaven knows what. Then one women turns round and snaps well just take a seat. Professional this office is not. Friendly not. Staff seem too interested about gossiping about their weekend what they are having for lunch or what they did the night before. They need to visit a professional office like beaches dermatologist to see how an office should be run."

"Dr is fantastic. The staff that refills prescriptions is incompetent. Every single time I try to get my prescription refilled its an absolute catastrophe. It’s not a new problem. It’s gone on over a year. Who ever runs that should be fired. No question."
