"Coastal Health and Specialty Care, I’m concerned about the recent experience with your call center staff. Unfortunately, the service has been marked by rudeness, lack of professionalism, and inadequate training. The online appointment portal is not functioning, leaving patients to rely on a call center that seems ill-equipped to handle basic tasks like scheduling appointments or addressing concerns. This review is not intended to reflect on, nor is it directed at the staff or doctors at Coastal Spine. I have always felt well-cared for by the team at the Yulee Pain Clinic, but now I am frustrated by the difficulties in accessing the care I need. This situation must be especially challenging for elderly patients who are already in pain. I urge you to address these issues promptly to ensure that all patients receive the quality care they deserve.""

"I have been going there for 2 years. My back condition has just been getting worse but they just keep doing the same thing that barely helps or doesn't help at all. Over this time I have dumped a small Fortune in their pockets. They only care about the money and nothing about the person. I take a medication that has a warning on the label stating "DON'T STOP TAKING THIS MEDICATION WITHOUT BEING UNDER A DOCTORS SUPERVISION"! But Coastal Spine and Pain Center will shove you right out their door if they don't get the $MONEY$. Tell me, would it hurt them to let someone see me just for that 5 minutes you're usually in there? If you're thinking about going there, I would think twice. Because of them, here in a few days I will be enduring polarizing pains you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy.
