"Please be aware!!! I wish I didn’t go. My lady had no clue what she was doing, she didn’t deliver close to what I asked for, and worst part is…the lady wiped her nose with her hand and reused that hand on my hair!! YUCK!!!! My hair is still sticky even after leaving because the shampoo wasn’t washed out of my hair. I wish I didn’t drive out to this place. They really need to compensate their customers because now I need to go to another salon to undo what just happened. highly highly don’t recommend u to go"

"My first experience at a Drybar and it was beautiful inside! My blowout took slightly longer than expected (1 hr 15 min), but my stylist was meticulous (and maybe new?). "I am feeling extremely frustrated after my visit at Drybar in Clayton. Appointments are expected to be 45 minutes long - my appointment scheduled for 10:30 ended at 11:55 only because I finally said I had another appointment to get to and had to leave. At the point that I said something my hair still wasn’t fully dried and or in rollers. If I was there for rollers and a style the appointment would have gone well close to 2 hours long. The stylist was so nice and I genuinely don’t think it’s her fault at all. The DryBar is responsible for making sure their staffed is trained to style blowouts well and in a timely manner. I’m so upset I spent $55 and my time for something that I could have done so much better myself & much much quicker. Now I am going to have to go home and redo my hair so I not only wasted the time in the salon but also am using additional time to fix it. I was so anxious the entire time because from the beginning I felt my stylist was not skilled to complete the blowout & it didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing - again, I feel so bad for this stylist because I hate hate hate writing bad reviews but I genuinely would never spend my money to receive the same service I did today. I have been to the drybar in Frontenac and received blowouts twice that I had absolutely no complaints about. It just really depends on who you get. I have gotten numerous blowouts and have a hair cut and hair that holds bounce really well and this is never what my hair looks like after a blowout."
