"I requested to have my daughters hair appointment rescheduled via email for another date. Instead of anyone getting back to me, they went ahead and charged my card for $113. Upon receiving the charge, I called and requested to have a refund. I was hung up on countless times by Tom (receptionist) and Tom refused to answer my call. (I informed Tom that I have poison Ivy on both arms and cannot put the phone to my head, therefore I have to have it on speaker phone and talk louder so I can be heard. He took it as me raising my voice.) I called from another number and he continued to do the same. Needless to say, they stole money and refused to refund as no service was provided. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. They are not ethical and do not uphold to professional standards."

"DO NOT go to Hope. There were multiple instances where she did not provide adequate customer service nor did she do her job correctly. First of all, I was early to my appointment when in her books she marked me as late (this makes sense as I continue the service). Hope proceeded to take a very long time doing my lashes so she asked if I could come back at 11pm due to her having appointments coming in soon. She said I was 75% finished so I agreed to this because I thought she was a genuine person, just needed some extra time to do a good job. I was very wrong, Hope rushed me out the door so she wouldn’t be late for her next appointments. After reaching out to her multiple times to finish her job on my lashes for that night, she proceeded to ignore my messages. I asked for a refund because clearly my lashes were not finished. She took this as an insult to her work and told me I could come back if I pay for a full set (after I already paid $90). I will never come back here again after being rushed through my lashes and not given any customer service from her or the manager. You know she didnt do her job when friends and family ask if you were going back to get your lashes finished because they looked so bad. Don’t waste your time or money here."
