"I cannot express enough how much I love having Kathy work on my hair. I have VERY thick course hair (a stylist fired me as a client once cause she always had to take the day off after working my hair due to sore arms - thick) but Kathy was up for the challenge. The first time with Kathy, she gave me a keratin treatment and balayage coloring. I almost cried. No one has ever been able to tone done my volume and update my color like Kathy can. I felt like a million bucks. I took up her whole Saturday but she seemed just as excited as I was with the transformation. She attends contining education classes on the new techniques to stay up with the times and changing styles and it is apparent. She takes that extra step to deliver her best work every time. I have had many bad experiences over the years at different salons but Kathy is the ONLY one I trust to do a fantastic job every time. She takes pride in her work and it shows."
