"I will not be returning to Olivia and Oliver for another nail appointment. Although my design turned out okay, I was left with several painful cuts from the drill and was generally handled aggressively throughout the appointment. Additionally, I was shocked at my total end cost of $50 (base) + $20 (design) = $70 (before tip). I don't believe my design warranted a $20 bump and also the current website inaccurately lists $40 base for dip. I had high expectations given the good reviews of this establishment, but after reading through the bad reviews that are similar to my experience I wish I had been more careful in my selection of this place."
