"Beautiful big clean building....but no staff to be seen anywhere over three days of visiting. No schedule posted in person here or online. How does one know when Amtrak is due? Loved the big steam engine on display"
"Wierd vibes and very empty. Don’t anticipate spending significant amounts of time waiting for someone here. It felt as though there was a flood or disaster of some sort recently and the building was mostly evacuated. Other than the station itself, Amtrak stays on top for the best way to travel in America."

"Although clean and warm. Basically a empty building. No staffing, tourist information or snack machines. If traveling with children make sure to bring something to keep them entertained. Spent a very quiet 90 minutes waiting for the California Zephyr."
