"I hate the lottery and claim process as those of us that don't play are often inconvenienced by the wait for those that do. The staff handle it well but an automated scanner and ticket purchasing option would be nice to free up their time and keep the lines from building up in the aisles blocking access to those needing to get in the aisles for merchandise."
