"I was going to take my time with this review but the previous reviews already say it all. Just know that an any stray dogs will treat you better than any of these workers. Was going to get mini pretzel dogs for dinner but now I rather starve. That should let you know how this establishment is. Workers definitely know how their phone work, but do not know how to make an order or talk to clients."

"The employees are EXTREMELY rude and I will walk across the mall next time to get pretzels IF I even decide to go here again. The absolute worst. I hate that I tipped and didn't even get what I ordered after standing in line for over 15 minutes."
"Had to wait 30 min for some original pretzels. The cashier was very friendly, however, the rest of the staff was back there goofing off, not caring about the fact that they had paying customers waiting for their orders. Not to mention they were using all kinds of profanity in presence of customers, not to mention the lack of urgency. It seemed as though they really don't care about their customers and their actions showed just that. This is a reflection of just how poorly managed this location really is."
