"It's ashame this place is so awfully managed that it takes away from some of the best food around. Management is running this place into the ground. No seating, store is filthy, waiting seats are destroyed, and with the 55 employees they have working they're still slow as snails. It won't be long until the doors are shut for good on this place. Bread Co down the road had a full parking lot and seating available for their customers. Imagine that!"

"We ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get our food, which is much longer than it usually takes. When we did get it, it was cold. Additionally, they were out of stock of most bagels (still early in the morning) so we had to substitute. When we did get our bagels, they (rather rudely) asked us to eat outside in the cold. Rather unimpressed."
