"The RUDEST costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I work retail and I would be EMBARRASSED to act like these employees acted. Ordered at the kiosk that they promote only to be told that they didn’t get our order, which we then proceeded to get an attitude for something that wasn’t our fault. They then proceeded to tell us not to ever order at the kiosk and to order up front. Once we got our food we realized the melt we ordered wasn’t heated which they then acted like it was our fault again. NEVER going back to this location! Dirty, bad food, and HORRIBLE customer service."
