"Very disappointing experience. Claimed to be out of half the items we tried to order. Took almost 10 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches. No reciept given, no napkins. Coffee was lukewarm."
"Awful, awful, awful! Short (less than half - see pics) poorly made drinks, long wait, rude people. Got contacted by a manager about this, promised a coupon for new drinks, but he lied and I’m out $12. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Hope this review costs them much more than a couple screwed up mochas."
"Three people working a drive thru for no reason. Just gossiping and not listening to orders. Asked for hot chocolate with whipped cream, gave me hot chocolate with cream.. told them that’s not what I ordered and explained. She gave attitude and rolled eyes. Asked for a medium black hot coffee with cream and sugar on side. Gave me a small cup of cream and no sugar. Asked for a cup holder, said they didn’t have. Had to ask for sugar that she didn’t give and she was going to hand it to me… had to ask for a BAG to put sugar and cream in smh. Handed me a bag with some chocolate ice cream stains on it and three sugars inside. Had to ask for napkins to clean the dirty bag … worst dunkin I’ve ever stopped out. Careless and idiotic"
