"Their quality used to be much better. Now this place is terrible. Dropped car off at 9AM and called them at 4PM, car not done. They call me at 5PM and state car is ready. I arrive 10 minutes later and they say need 10 more minutes. Needless to say I didn’t get my car back until after 6PM, their closing time. Then there is the tint job. On the rear window there is a small gap at top corner and light coming through. I will have to redo that window and this time I will take it to someone better qualified. For $320 metallic tint this was a total waste of my time and money. I am just glad I didn’t opt for the ceramic tint, then I would be out of $400+."

"More like custom lies. Went up there on a Saturday to schedule an appointment to get my radio looked at. Specifically told the man that was helping me that I needed my car done by 4 because I had to be at work by five. Made the appointment for next Saturday for my car to get dropped off at 9 for a diagnostic. During this diagnostic they told me they actually didn't know what the problem was that it could be one of two things. Basically telling me it could be a part I needed to replace or I needed a whole new radio. Both would have run me over five hundred dollars. I tell them I don't have that and they brought me done to 420ish to just replace the part. I tell them ago ahead and replace the part. No call all day so I head up there and get there at 5pm. Turns out my car had not been touched all day... My appointment was never put in the system. I have no appointment and no note about needing my car back my a certain time so I was last on there to do list. Straight lied to my face as he "made" my appointment at the computer. I understand things happen but no one told me when I arrived that morning that I had no appointment and if they did, I wouldn't have dropped off my car without being able to get it back by a certain time. AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHATS WRONG WITH MY RADIO BECAUSE THEY COULDNT TELL ME. 90 dollars down the drain. GHETTO!!"
