Apple Saint Louis Galleria

"Worse store ever!!! I advise you not to go here for Apple Support. There is not enough space here to tell you my experience, this day. Sad part, I was prepared to spend anywhere from $3000 and up for another computer. Also, they don't know the difference between a manager and a lead person. Here is a recommendation where I received OPTIMUM Service and was treated with patience, real trouble shooting procedures by asking questions, and assessing my computer before they talked about erasing anything off the computer, right after I left the Apple Store. Do yourself a favor and visit MacHQ a St. Louis Apple Authorized Repair and Sales Dealer at 7120 Manchester Ave. I did end up leaving my computer with them for repair. However, they were out of stock on the MacBook Air I wanted so they recommended the Micro Center at 87 Brentwood Promenade Ct. Excellent customer service and I purchased the computer I wanted that day and purchased the protection plan. I will never walk through Apple at the Galleria's doors again."

"We were greeted almost immediately. A mistake was made on the appointment date by the customer but we were promised a Genius ASAP. Our wait was about 30 minutes but the problem was addressed satisfactorily. In the mean time, I could look around at all of the new products. I felt like a kid in a candy store!"

"The Galleria store is top-notch and certainly worth the extra drive! We visited this store without an appointment after a HORRENDOUS experience at the West County Store. We were greeted, seated, and helped as soon as we walked through the door! Mo, Ben, and Brian were friendly, factual, and upfront about what to expect on repairs and trade-ins. They were quick to solve problems and work together to meet our needs. After our awful experience with Tim (the manager at West County) we were ready to become Android people. However, those Galleria staff will keep our business with Apple."

"RUN AWAY. I wouldn't let these hacks change batteries in a flashlight! I had to wait a couple of days to calm down to write this review. I brought in my Iphone to get a new battery. My phone was fully functional and just needed a battery. I came back to pick it up and the screen is flashing green like a strobe light, there's lines on the display now. The "genius" says there is liquid damage and when they open up the phones sometimes things happen. He then tries to sell me a replacement. The phone is suppose to be able to be dropped in a puddle with no harm, so how does it have "liquid damage" when it was fine when I dropped it off. I was so angry I had to leave before I did something regrettable. As a long time apple customer, this was the last apple product I will ever buy. So to recap, I took a fully functioning Iphone in to get a new battery and walked out with a paper weight. Of course apple did nothing wrong and "liquid damage" is a perfect defense, even though the phone is rated IP68 for liquid exposure,"
