"Terrible customer experience in store. Did not catch the ladies name but there was an African American worker who was very unprofessional and rude to my sister and I. Did not go the extra mile to answer questions at all. 1300 dollars for a new phone and she can't even tell me what phones stores have in stock? This is truly the downfall of T-Mobile."

He was able to get me a replacement phone when in the previous management told me I'd have to buy a new one. So grateful for their help!"
