"The machines at the location I was at (a power plant), these machines stole money, wouldn't accept many cards, coffee machine stole money OR gave only hot water. There is a petition started to boot this company from the said plant. AVOID USING THIS COMOANY WITHOUT STRICT CLAUSES IN A CONTRACT."
"It's a vending company where they distribute food and snacks to different locations. Place has a wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff. Company makes most of not all the food it sells. Prices are very reasonable, I recommend visiting and possibly having as a distributor if you have a vending machine or break room."
"I really do not have a single nice thing to say about this company. Today was the last straw when the employee was blatantly rude and just kept responding to the line of people complaining by saying “K” and smirking. The machines are constantly empty unless the food is expired. If a snack machine does have anything in it there is a 90% chance it is expired. The Market is absolutely never full. It’s so frustrating coming to work everyday and not knowing if you will be able to eat lunch. Do not recommend at all."
"Why is it so hard to get In touch with someone who works here? The food isn’t terrible when actually filled but that’s rare. The person who stocks the mini market could care less and has one word answers. When asked why stuff isn’t stocked he blames it on the computer or COVID. We were all really excited to get this new mini mart but after the first few months that excitement has greatly worn off. At least with Aramark they would actually call back and fill the vending machines. I have just started packing my own lunch and snacks. It’s just disappointing because we picked Imperial because they tooted about how advanced they were but it really has not shown. I hope this can be resolved."
"Moldy food and rude employees. Coffee makers that leak and have scale build up. 3 out of 5 thing I have purchased from their machine have been expired. Package of cookies had rodent damage. All around would not recommend."
