"Terrible experience. I put in an order for 30 cupcakes for my daughters birthday, they cancelled the order the day before at 2:30. I called and asked why? They said they don’t have any “chocolate”. I asked to put in an order for white cupcakes then, they then explained it’s actually because they are understaffed so they will not be able to compete the order. This left me scrambling to find another bakery that can have cupcakes ready in under 24H. This issue has occurred in other area of Sams club as well where you put in an order and they then later tell you they are not able to fulfill said order."
