"Quoted on a job and asked me to pay half up front, they came to start the job and came in and said after being here 45 minutes that they couldn't do the job so asked for my money back and he refused, after several phone calls he only would send 2,000 back and I gave him 3500.00, terrible company ."

They didn't even have the courtesy to explain why. If the project was not something they wanted to pursue a simple phone call would have made all the difference. Now I can't get them to answer a phone call or a text. Complete silence. Not the way I would expect professionals to handle a potential client."
