"Me and my coworkers comes here Monday-Friday for breakfast, they always have an attitude like we getting on they nerves. When clearly it’s your job to interact with your customers, Crystal the food manager doesn’t know what it means to satisfy her customers. I asked her for more grits because the young guy who made my plate gave me burnt grits, so I asked for the part that he had to take out be replaced. She flat out to me NO I got what I paid for like WOW! They get attitudes about NOTHING simply a customers just want what they pay for that’s it that’s all!!! So I had to pay for another scoop of grits!!! EVERYBODY in that store needs training on customer service!!!"
