"The male employee at this location took it upon himself to scream at a young boy from across the store because he was looking at a toy. Apparently, kids aren’t allowed to pick up the toys that are for sale. He wanted to purchase that toy, but after this incident, I told him we will go elsewhere. He could have handled the situation a lot differently instead of embarrassing this child in front of all the other shoppers for no reason."
