"Order my food online at 12:30 pm and it said it would be ready at 1pm, 30mins later and I'm still waiting. This is the second time I've experienced this, third time is a charm. Not happy."
"Visited on 11-20-23 they were very busy with only two people working. One girl walked out to smoke while multiple people standing in line and online orders needing to be done. She left the only other worker in to manage everything going on so she could smoke. Girl that was left inside was working very hard to get us all out and not wait for a long time. This was poor management and teamwork."

"The one and only girl scheduled to work was excellent. But it took nearly 2 hours to get our food when we placed an online order on the app. Got notified 30 minutes after the order was made that the food was ready, got there and it hadn't been made yet. Customers were able to come into the store and place orders and get their food before us."
