"If I could give a zero rating I would. This is hands down the worst place to work. The factory itself is unbearably hot and very uncomfortable to work in, even though it has air conditioning which is very seldom turned on, even on the rare occasions it is functional it is barely noticeable. This place is a sweatshop. The management and line leaders all seem to be marching to the beat of their own drums, with total disregard to their employees well being. Breaks are so short there may as well not be a break. They will keep you there until they see fit to let you go home, always piling up other little jobs to do before you can go. The staff are very narcissistic, and all seem to be on power trips. They will not accept a doctors note when you are sick, and will not pay the signing up bonus after 3 months, because they say you have to work 30 hours average before you can get it, then they send you home before you can actually have a chance of working the 30 hours required. They give you a lot of lip service promising to promote you to a higher level and in reality they have no intentions, They promote who they want to a higher level regardless of previous experience, and not giving anybody else a fair chance, favoritism is rife. You ask a question and you will be completely ignored. If water is on the floor it will not be mopped up causing a health and safety hazard to all that accidently step in it. I could go on but there is no where near enough hours in the day to write out everything that is wrong with this factory and leadership. This is a vey toxic work environment and I will not recommend this as a place to work."

"My husband & I have worked there for almost 2 years . The people that work there are great. Bosses very nice & approachable. Great hours. The work expected from us is reasonable. Do not apply if your not willing to work it is a job that your getting paid."

"The break situation is a little tough to handle at times. But, that's all I can really complain about. Excellent place to work if you need a lot of hours. And the staff is awesome. I see a lot of complaints on here about Dustin. Don't know what they're talking about. Haven't had a single problem with him myself. Honestly, one of the best jobs I've ever had for the pay."
