"This car company is awful My car tore up , they keep saying call the mechanic that works on their cars my care broke down , told them to come get it never heard from them concerning a car note FOR ALMOST A YEAR , got a letter in the mail about wage garnishments , I owed over little a 1000 dollars they garnishing my check taking 2 300 every two weeks I’m at 2000 they want 2800 , I went to legal aid for help THEY WANT TO GO TO COURT STILL , they have collected what the car was worth and more !! DONT GO HERE UNLEE YOU DESPERATELY NEED A CAR !! And I MEAN DESPERATELY"
"I would not recommend this place to anyone. They perhaps sold me a vehicle that has numerous of problems and didn't tell me. I ask them if they could refund me my money back and they stated they couldn't give me anything back because the car is as is! The car I bought constantly runs hot, needs a thermostat, sensor , a stem in one of the tires and the tires have to be replaced, all 4 sets because there are different tires on the car. Donna Biswick is very rude.. If you purchase a car from this car lot please makes sure it works before you pull off the car lot. These people are crooks.. I've learned my lesson though never again, in the process of going to court for this matter!!"
"Donna Biswik is a very unprofessional individual, she contacted my little sister on Facebook who is a child about another person that isn't her concern. She is not on the person's paperwork so that is a broken privacy policy. Talking ghetto slang on social media but tries to play the white role on the phone. I have screenshots to prove it. In her words, "tell ya boy to pay his bills" or "tell your homie to turn in the car"...who does that. And she continuously has messaged me things like this. And I have never seen a company that will go on Facebook searching & contacting people that is not on a person's paperwork telling them to tell their homie to do things."
