"worst customer service and experience i have ever had. They never answer the phone and they will blame you when you can’t make a payment. i called over and over and nobody will pick up the phone. when they came to get my car I was trying to make the payment then and she told me no. I was a month behind and was unable to pay due to YOUR office not answering the phone and you don’t have an online payment option. Then instead of letting me pay you take the car and refuse to allow me to get my belongings out of the vehicle. I have been calling and calling still trying to get my car back and nobody will answer the phone at this location!"

"This place is horrible! I do not recommend at all. I don’t care how bad you need a car, these people are crooks. They will sell you a lemon and make you pay to fix it. Car was messed up less than a month of having it. They use to be a good place but now it’s all about money and deceiving people. I give them 0 stars. You’re better off using your down payment to Uber rather than deal with them. Just saying."
