"The uhual truck that was rented to us was in terrible condition. Unsafe to drive. The brakes did not work or the engine- when you let off gas it would slam you into to steering wheel giving my neck whiplash. In top of that the a.c. did not work, so driving the vehicle for hours in a storm up to Tennessee was the most unsafe drive I’ve ever had. This company did nothing to rectify the issues, they knew there was no way I was just “ trading it out” when it was completely loaded with our homes items. They backed me into a corner and said screw you when they knew I had no choice but to drive it where we moved. Also they overcharged me drastically more than quoted. First time and last time I will let U-Hual take advantage of me. My neck is injured and my items damaged from this truck being inoperable."
