"I would never buy, trade, or get a vehicle serviced at any of the Bondy's Ford's. The people that work at these dealerships are seriously clueless about cars. The mechanics can't fix anything right. They will run you up a bill claiming they fixed your car, but never actually did. Im talking about bills in the thousands. They will take unnecessary steps for a simple fix to up your bill. They told me they would have to remove the supercharger off my car to change the oil in it. I literally changed it in 30 minutes (taking my time) with it in the car. The parts counters are clueless cause they will give you wrong parts and then make it out like it's your fault. They have tried to give me v6 parts for my cobra. They wouldn't even sell me supercharger oil for my car cause they claimed they aren't a part of Ford Racing. The oil is branded Motorcraft. Oh, and if your not a part of Ford Racing then why do you have a cobra jet in your showroom??? Every time I step on a bondys lot I ALWAYS have a issue. I only took my car here once to have work and I could hear the mechanic racing my engine in the shop. This right here shows you that they don't care about their customers cars. Now I drive out of town to get parts and service done to my car. I'm very happy with the dealership I go to now. These folks actually care about their customers and their cars. One more thing, always thoroughly check the used cars they sell. Check the underside very well. That F150 Lightning out there has major frame rust issues. Looks like flood damage. They think people won't get under their vehicles and look at the undercarriage!"

"I'm a busy retiree. When I recently stared into the rearview mirror of both our Ford 2500 and Dodge 1500 vehicles it helped me to focus on the future. I'm not a robot but the view in the looking glass sadly reveals a robotic glimpse of 2020 hindsight. I'll admit it's sad that our story involves a difficult predicament in life and it involves the economy and a need to downsize to one vehicle. An overwhelming conversation with my husband led him and I to pray first and then next to ask a close friend for his advice. He immediately recommended Bondy's South dealership. Following our friends advice. My husband and I made the call and we also made the 120 mile drive with our two vehicles. With hearts of gratitude we did this with the prayer of faith that something good was about to happen. It's hard these days for a busy retiree to balance budgets on a fixed income. So if you're like us you can imagine what it's like. Questions like: Is it possible to trade-in two trucks? Especially with both having the unclear title debt lien to be paid off. But, from the moment of parking both trucks at the front door of Bondy's South the salesman [James], finance manager [Dwayne] and Bondy's general manager with the help of the finance care-team at All-In Credit Union... We received care and kindness. Now we can share our story as a successful journey of trade and purchase. It is an amazing story of fortitude and perseverance. Thank you all for the successful rescue of a busy retiree and the new owners of a fine Bondy's South 2020 Chey Silverado 1500 Truck. -j-"

"If you're like me and find purchasing a car a stressful event, then the place you need to go when you're ready to buy is Bondy's! From the moment I got on phone with Lawrence to inquire about a Bronco I was interested in, he had me smiling and eager to come and take a test drive. The good vibes only continued when I arrived at the dealership. Lawrence was personable without being pushy. He was informative and answered my questions with candor and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable and respected and, being a single woman making a purchase like this on my own, that made all the difference in the world to me. In fact everyone at Bondy's was pleasant and helpful, but I do have mention Lincoln, who walked me through all the financing. Not only did he get to a payment that felt comfortable for me, he also made the time consuming process less painful. Kudos to Bondy's and their entire team!!"
