"I went to Enterprise Rental to get a car to go to Atlanta, Ga for my granddaughter birthday celebration. First I had a fare experience when I pick up my vehicle. It threw me off because no one was friendly it was like we was cattle being moved down the shut. I had never experience that before. Now upon me returning the vehicle on Monday the experience were totally different everyone greeted you with a smile and said Good morning and even talk with you about your trip and how the vehicle was. I asked if someone would be able to drop me back at home and I was told yes we got you with a smile. These three young men made everything Awesome for me when I brought my vehicle the back. I want to Thank the following Enterprise Employees for being a blessing Tyler”Mayo” Mayo, Shevy Keaton and Alex Carranza for their professional service with a smile and outstanding customer services. So if you are looking to rent a vehicle I recommend Enterprise Rental in Dothan, Al ask for either of these young men and you want be disappointed you can even let them know Velma sent you. "I booked my reservation weeks in advance prior to picking up my rental this past week. When my husband arrived to pick it up there were no cars available to rent in our selected category. We had to spend more than initially planned to get a car in order to stay on schedule. When it was time to drop off our car which needed to be done before 3 on a Saturday there was no one available, come to find out Enterprise does not have after hours drop off even though the text alert says they do. After speaking with Customer Service they allowed us to keep the car two additional days at no charge. Returning the car was very quick & easy. A big thank you to the Manger who took care of us & made sure we were not charge additional for the inconvenience w/drop off."
